We helped support Citrus Training with their two-year digital transformation journey, helping them to revamping their commercial, operational, and technical infrastructure. This included developing a scalable micro-service architecture and an API for integration and automation, implementing a CRM, and introducing marketing automation.

From a redundant Access database to a lean, agile, and custom back office system.

We facilitated Citrus Training’s transition from an archaic Access database which managed their business operations to implementing a lean, agile, and custom-built back office system. Developed on a micro-service architecture, we designed and built the system catering for customised client integrations and self-serve functionality, setting the foundations for business process automation, standardisation, and scalability.

Course Builder

With a view to digitise and standardise course materials, we designed a drag-and-drop Course Builder tool for Citrus Training. This innovative tool would enable them to create their course delivery presentations, seamlessly share standardised content across presentations, and efficiently manage all resources from a centralised repository.

Event Builder

We engineered a dynamic event scheduling feature for Citrus Training, empowering them to intricately structure their event agendas. This capability would enable the division of each day into distinct and customisable sessions, facilitating the allocation of venues, equipment, trainers, and delegates to each specific session.

Assessment Builder

We designed an assessment builder that would integrate with the Trainer App. This feature would enable trainers to provide tailored insights on delegate performance and other competence metrics. By facilitating the collection of detailed insights, we can identify areas for improvement and build intelligence on various aspects of training effectiveness.

Feedback Builder

The drag-and-drop Feedback Builder would allow Citrus Training to build custom surveys for either the delegate or trainer, and obtain tailored insights on a per-course basis. These surveys, whether initiated by clients or Citrus Training, would seamlessly integrate into the digital course material or the Trainer App.

Transitioning from paper-based records and assessments, we designed a Trainer App enabling trainers to provide real-time feedback on delegate attendance, course results, and surveys. Integrated seamlessly with the form builders, the app dynamically configures based on each course’s requirements, ensuring efficient and accurate data capture.

Developing a strategy to transition an inbound-only process to a competitive, automated, and targeted outbound sales and marketing function, backed by clear commercial objectives.

In light of a notable absence of commercial objectives, cultural frameworks, and modern management practices, compounded by outdated technology, we initiated and led a strategic-driven initiative aimed at restoring Citrus Training’s commercial strategy. This encompassed a comprehensive review of cultural practices, management frameworks, marketing and sales functions, and technology infrastructure, paving the way for a more robust and adaptive approach to business operations.

In light of the extensive manual data handling, we devised a scalable micro-service infrastructure. This innovative framework enables the creation of customised client self-service functionalities and seamless integrations, offering a personalised and integrated approach while optimising operational efficiency.

These adaptable and integrated platforms allow each user group to efficiently manage their tasks and interactions, facilitating seamless communication while improving overall productivity

We strategically planned and designed 74x automated emails to streamline processes, systemise delivery, and automate communications.

To systemise internal and external communication across multiple business processes, we strategically designed a range of emails and trigger points, which would be dynamically generated and automatically sent. Based on engagement activity, another workflow would be triggered and the next sequence of emails will be delivered.
